Freewheelin, our Birmingham based group was joined by Paralympian and Strictly Star Will Bayley for our Halloween online dance class and filmed by ParaSport UK. Helen Mason and the group had such a wonderful time, meeting and dancing with Will. He was very down to earth, honest and open about his experiences and offered up great advice to the group about having a positive mental attitude when dealing with challenges in sport and life.
It was a great confidence boost for the group to get to meet, dance and relate to Will, he even confessed he struggled at times to remember dance sequences, but enjoyed proving to people he could do well in dance
