LimbPower Dance is a one-day Dance programme delivered by expert instructors with training in working with people with disabilities. Dances on offer include:
• Latin
• Ballroom
• Street Dance
• Social Dance
• Belly Dance
There is something for everyone! You don’t need to have any dance experience just a willingness to give it a go.
Tracey Jones, Dance Teacher said, “Belly dance is s a dance of the torso and pelvis, and therefore expressive of our central selves, this makes it fun on quite a personal level. All the moves are accessible to everyone, and can be done seated or standing, I welcome all levels of mobility to the classes I teach. Hip scarves can be borrowed on the day”.
This event takes place on Sunday 15th April between 10.00am and 4.00pm at Hazelwood School, Woolfs Hill, Oxted, RH8 0QU.
