Para Dance UK has been working hard to keep everyone fit, active and most importantly happy this past year.

We are thrilled to announce that we have received some funding from the wonderful

Children in Need and have some fantastic opportunities where we can offer free inclusive dance sessions for children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities in the Hertfordshire area over the next few months.

These sessions are completely free and could be delivered in one of the following ways:

  1. Up to 10 free dance sessions for your group by Zoom (online platform)
  2. Up to 10 free pre-recorded dance sessions, links can be sent to your organisation
  3. Free Facebook lives exclusively for your private group
  4. Our after-school dance club more details can be found here under zoom sessions – https://paradance.org.uk/dance-at-home-live-pre-recorded/

We also have bursaries in place for individuals in Hertfordshire wanting to top up their personal career development and make a meaningful impact in the community through dance by undertaking our inclusive dance training course which we will soon be launching online.

If you are interested in any of the above or know of someone in Hertfordshire who might be, we would love to hear from you!
