As well as being the National Governing Body for Para Dance Sport, Para Dance UK want to make sure “Everyone Can Dance” in the dance style they want to. Inclusive dance opens up many doors to people as a fun, recreational activity. Whether its street or folk, we hope to cover it all.

Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining healthy bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress.  One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
